MERGERS AND ACQUISITIONS ANALYST – Antwerpen

The role’s duties will vary and include a mix of corporate transactions and advisory work and involvement in ad hoc matters.

Your tasks at a glance

• You analyze the past performance of target companies.
• You incorporate these materials and a narrative into a business case and participate in due diligence activity and the development of transaction documents.
• You assist in business integration and the analysis of actual vs. projected performance.
• You help execute on transactions, including:
• Business and financial analysis;
• Drafting of business case;
• Due diligence;
• Participation in transaction execution with our legal counsel;
• Participation in post transaction integration with department managers & post transaction analysis.

A clear view of your assets

• You have 3 to 5 years of experience in M&A transactions and/or financial analysis.
• You have advanced Excel skills, and very good proficiency with entire Microsoft Office Suite.
• You have the ability to work in a fast-paced and changing environment.
• Your CFA designation is an asset.
• You speak fluently Dutch and English, French is a plus
